![]() ![]() That is the most simple explanation because of the 100 accuracy of the Sniper and low wind. So if you want to hit spot X and you have a 1.0 mph wind to the east, you aim 1 additional ring width to the west, and your ball should hit on spot X. This makes it so (assuming you hit a ‘perfect’ shot) the ball will hit right on your originally intended target. So when your target is on the ground, you adjust your shot as desired and then pull your target 1 full ring (to the edge between the yellow center and the first inside orange ring) AGAINST the wind. So if you have a Sniper 7, which has 100 accuracy, that equates (through the mechanics of the game and club stats) to 1.0 for one ring, which means that in the presence of a 1.0 mph wind (at maximum club distance), your ball will travel 1 ring due to the wind in whatever direction it is blowing. Look at the chart while you read my explanation below and if I lose you at any point, tell me where I lost you. So I flipped it and devised the method above, which utilizes rings per wind. Even with the chart in front of me it gave me a headache. It assigns each ring a value of wind based on the club’s stats, but to me it requires a lot of mental math to be accurate (essentially each ring for a particular club is worth a specific amount of wind, usually with a decimal, so you have to adjust based on how many rings divide into that amount of wind). The original ring method, which is the most widely used, is wind per rings. GolfClashTommy's "Video Guides For All Tours (2-11)" Post and his video Guide for 47 Shootouts post. The wind direction will tell where in the circle the ball will land, and the wind strength will tell which ring colour. All content must be related to Golf Clash or this subreddit. For a fast estimated adjustment take note that the colour of the columns matches the target circle. However, the table is still good for a full length shot of the Short Irons. Take note that wind has less effect the nearer u're to the hole.If u're new to wind adjustment, take note that u might struggle with the time limit when using this method due to the additional step of adjusting the camera angle. Some people prefer to adjust the camera angle so that the wind direction is pointing up, and with that, the adjustment will always be to the bottom of the rings such as illustrated below. The direction of the adjustment is dependent on the wind direction. From the table, i can see that, for 5.2 wind strength, i'll have to drag the marker to around 2/3 of blue circle (B).If my intended target is at 'A', i will now have to move the marker to 'B' in order to adjust to the wind.In the above example, the club accuracy value is 29.
